Welcome to the Waters Edge Mini Golf scorecard app (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is provided to help you track scores during your round of mini golf at Waters Edge Mini Golf in Bird-in-Hand, PA. You agree to use the App only for its intended, lawful purpose and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

Player names and scores you enter are stored so you can view your scorecards. You are responsible for the content you enter and should avoid entering sensitive personal information in name fields.

While on Waters Edge property you must follow all posted course rules and staff instructions. The App's score tracking does not replace on-site rules, safety guidance, or supervision requirements.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that scores, standings, or other data will always be accurate, available, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waters Edge Mini Golf is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
