This Privacy Policy explains what information the Waters Edge Mini Golf scorecard app (the "App") collects and how it is used. We aim to collect as little information as possible.

We collect only the information needed to run the scorecard features:

• Player names & scores you enter during a round, so your scorecards can be displayed and saved.
• A random device identifier stored on your device, so the App can show you the scorecards saved from your own device. This is not tied to your real-world identity.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or payment information through this App.

Information is used solely to provide the scorecard experience: tracking scores, showing standings, and letting you revisit past rounds. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Your device identifier is stored locally on your device. Scorecard data is stored on secure third-party infrastructure used to operate the App. Reasonable measures are taken to protect this data, though no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

The App is intended for general audiences enjoying mini golf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond the names and scores a player chooses to enter for a round.

You can clear locally stored data (including your device identifier) by clearing the App's site data in your browser settings. You may choose to enter nicknames instead of real names.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent update.
